Refund Policy

All sales are final

The Minimum, Essential and Strategy plans are digital content delivered instantly. Access to the material and its downloadable files is granted the moment your payment is confirmed, and it cannot be returned or un-read.

For that reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted. The only exception is the Maximum plan's first-sale guarantee, below. Please read the plan and the FAQ before you buy, and email info@verblike.com with any question at all beforehand — we would much rather answer it than take money from someone the material is not right for.

Maximum: first sale in 30 days or your money back

If you bought the Maximum plan and your extension makes no sale within 30 days of going live on the Chrome Web Store, we refund the full $2,999. This is a refund promise, not a promise of income.

The guarantee applies when all of the following are true:

• The extension goes live within 90 days of your purchase. Chrome Web Store review time does not count against you: the 30 days start on the day it is publicly available.
• You built the extension we agreed on in the strategy call, with a way for customers to pay live from launch.
• You attended the calls you booked and applied the changes we agreed, within the time we agreed.
• You share the evidence: your Chrome Web Store dashboard and your payment dashboard for the 30-day window.

A sale is a completed payment from a customer who is not you, a relative, a colleague or someone asked to buy.

To claim, email info@verblike.com within 14 days after the window ends. We refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirming the claim, and access to the plan's materials ends when the refund is made.

What we will always do

“No refunds” is not the same as “no support”. If something is wrong on our side, we fix it:

• You were charged but did not get access. Email us and we unlock it immediately. If we genuinely cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund it in full — you are not being asked to pay for something you never received.
• You were charged twice, or charged for something you already own. We refund the duplicate.
• A download is broken or a lesson is missing. We fix it, and you keep the corrected version at no extra cost.
• You do not recognise a charge. Email us before disputing it and we will identify it the same day.

Subscriptions

The Chrome Extension Builders Community is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your account page — no email required, no notice period, no cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops all future payments. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded or pro-rated. Cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged again — a renewal that has already been taken is not returned.

Anything you bought as a one-time purchase stays in your library permanently. Cancelling the subscription never removes it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

In particular, consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. That right does not apply where you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. Because every product here is unlocked immediately on payment, you are asked to accept these terms at checkout, and completing that checkout is that request and acknowledgement.

If your local law grants you a refund right that cannot be contracted out of, that law applies regardless of what this page says. Tell us and we will honour it.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a chargeback. A dispute takes weeks, costs us a fee whatever the outcome, and cannot resolve anything an email could not — if we owe you money under the terms above, we will simply send it.

Filing a chargeback for a product that was delivered and accessed may result in access being revoked.
