- I paid but don't have access
- Email me from the address you paid with. Access unlocks automatically once the payment is confirmed, so this is almost always a delivery hiccup I can fix quickly.
- Something is wrong with my order
- Tell me what happened. Sales are final because everything unlocks instantly — Maximum's first-sale guarantee is the one exception — but if I failed to deliver, you were charged twice or something is broken on my side, I fix it, and refund it if I can't.
- A question about the material
- Ask. If the answer would help other buyers, it goes into the next update, which you get free.
